Fancy a Parfait?

The best part about parfaits is that they are so versatile! You could eat one every morning and never get tired of it as long as you keep changing out your “goodies”. We have seen some really elaborate parfaits, so we thought we would just help inspire you to create your own. Don’t forget to drizzle a little honey or agave nectar on top for some extra sweetness.

Greek Yogurt

As we know there are lots of different flavors of greek yogurt so keep this in mind when you choose which one. If your planning to change your “goodies” every morning your going to want to choose a more neutral flavor like:

  • Plain
  • Vanilla
  • Honey


There are tons of different kinds of granola just like your yogurt think about how your going to be using it. We’ve found that a traditional or honey granola really does go well with everything


Seeds & Nuts

Didn’t think about adding seeds and nuts now did ya. You could even use just seeds & nuts rather than using the granola if you prefer.
