Spinach Wraps with Pita chips & Dip

Spinach wraps with Pita chips and Healthy dip are a great easy go to for lunch on the go. This is something that you can very easily make ahead of time including the dip. We suggest making a big batch of dip so that you will have a nice healthy snack all week long! The Spinach wraps can be a lot of fun you can really add just about anything into the wraps but we have provided one of our personal favorites.

Fresh California Turkey Spinach Wrap

  • 1 Spinach tortilla wrap
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • 2oz of Turkey breast
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 oz avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 1 cup of either shredded iceberg lettuce or spinach

Now comes the fun part, stuff your wrap as much as you can! Place it in a Tupperware and now it’s ready to grab on the go!

For the Dip it’s about as simple as it gets;

  •  Plain greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • Dill
  • ¼ cup shredded cucumber (optional)

Combine in the same container your greek yogurt came in to keep it stored away and fresh.
