Spinach wraps with Pita chips and Healthy dip are a great easy go to for lunch on the go. This is something that you can very easily make ahead of time including the dip. We suggest making a big batch of dip so that you will have a nice healthy snack all week long! The Spinach wraps can be a lot of fun you can really add just about anything into the wraps but we have provided one of our personal favorites.
Fresh California Turkey Spinach Wrap
- 1 Spinach tortilla wrap
- 2oz of Turkey breast
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 oz avocado, sliced
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 cup of either shredded iceberg lettuce or spinach
Now comes the fun part, stuff your wrap as much as you can! Place it in a Tupperware and now it’s ready to grab on the go!
For the Dip it’s about as simple as it gets;
- Plain greek yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- ¼ cup shredded cucumber (optional)
Combine in the same container your greek yogurt came in to keep it stored away and fresh.
