Melon, Prosciutto & Basil Skewers

Melon, prosciutto and basil skewers are a fun to add to any brunch tapa menu. Sweet, savory and still a finger food.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe balls
  • 8 oz prosciutto
  • 20 leaves basil

Directions

Add two pieces each of cantaloupe, prosciutto and basil to skewer, alternating each item.
Makes 8-10 servings.
