Lemon & Artichoke Dip

Artichoke dip


1 – 14 oz can of artichoke hearts in water
1 Lemon, juiced and zested
3 Cloves of garlic
1 Cup of plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup white beans, rinsed & drained
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Fresh ground Black pepper to taste

Artichoke dip


It really doesn’t get any easier than this, toss all your ingredients into a food processor. Once fully combined and your dip is smooth & creamy serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
