Basil White Bean Hummus

Hummus

Ingredients:

1 can of Cannellini beans – drained & rinsed
2 Garlic Cloves
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon Tahini
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
Bunch of fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in your food processor minus fresh basil. Once your have the consistency you like garnish with basil leaves.
