Pan – Seared Fresh Fish Tacos


1 lb. Fresh grouper
Sea Salt & Cracked pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
8 tortillas (Corn, spinach, veggie whatever you prefer)
1 Avocado diced
1 Peach diced
1/4 cup diced red onion
3/4 cup finely shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup minced cilantro
2 limes quartered

Season both sides of your fresh grouper with sea salt & pepper. In a large frying pan heat oil on medium – high heat. Once your pan is hot add your fish to the pan flesh side down. Cook 3-5 minutes per side. Remove fish from heat and slice up into chunks. Now comes the fun part! Stuff those tacos full of goodies and enjoy it!
